Andy Taylor is a C# Software Engineer and Director with extensive experience in software development and leadership roles in educational technology. Currently serving as a C# Software Engineer at Total Performance Data since June 2025 and as Director at NeuralTutor since April 2023, Andy shapes the company’s vision, drives strategic initiatives, and ensures compliance within the AI domain. Previous roles include transforming a situational awareness solution at Operational Solutions Limited, and positions at Windracers, MESTEC, and QinetiQ.
