Aden Davies

Aden Davies has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Aden started their career at HSBC, where they held various roles, including Innovation Manager, Business & Systems Analyst, and Analyst Programmer. At HSBC, they were responsible for identifying and researching new technologies, implementing new processes, and maintaining and upgrading cheque imaging services.

Later on, Aden joined 11FS as a Product Development Manager, leading the delivery of multiple large projects for Hellenic Bank in Cyprus. Aden managed the design and build of the bank's public website, API portal, and mobile app enhancements. Aden also worked closely with senior stakeholders and third parties across Europe to develop tailored solutions for clients.

After their time at 11FS, Aden established their own consultancy, ABZD, where they focused on digital transformation and innovation. Aden worked with companies such as Bank of Ireland and Hill & Knowlton on environment scanning, transformation themes, and technical and communications strategy.

Aden then joined U Account as Head of Product & Service Design and later became the Head of Innovation. During their tenure, they played a key role in shaping the product and service design and driving innovation.

Following their experience at U Account, Aden worked at Qualsys as a Product Manager, where they participated in building and launching the EQMS product. Aden delivered various modules and also worked on a training records manager.

Most recently, Aden joined Ideagen Plc as a Technical Product Owner. In this role, they were involved in the development and management of technical products, maintaining a focus on product quality and efficiency.

Currently, Aden is the Head of Product at Total Processing, a role they started in September 2022.

Aden Davies studied Business Information Technology at Sheffield Hallam University from 1994 to 1998. Their field of study was IT.
