Salim Salman

Salim Salman has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. In 2008, they worked as an Account Executive at the marcus evans Group, where they managed debt records, payroll, accounts payables and receivables, and provided financial reports for analysis.

From 2011 to 2014, Salim worked as an Audit Associate at M&C Chartered Accountants. In this role, they conducted external audits for financial institutions, government divisions, and private corporations. Salim also performed internal audits and ensured compliance with procedures, policies, and regulations.

Salim then joined Eiffel Engineers & Structural Consultants as a Finance Manager from 2014 to 2018. Salim implemented a class-based accounting system, forecasted project expenditures, and analyzed financial data to identify areas for cost reduction. Salim also organized meetings to monitor project progress and performed vendor statement reconciliations.

From 2019 to 2022, Salim worked at Telr as a Finance Manager (Group Reporting). In this role, they compiled management information system reports, created efficient workflows for new business streams, analyzed financial data for revenue leakages, and managed the preparation of month-end consolidated financial reports. Salim also worked on the group audit involving multiple countries.

Currently, Salim is the Regional Head of Finance at Total Processing starting in 2022. Salim'sresponsibilities include aspects of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, analysis and reporting of company performance, review of new merchant commercials, and implementation of internal controls.

Throughout their career, Salim has demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, cost reduction, internal control implementation, and audit processes.

Salim Salman obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Financial Management from The University of Sheffield, where they attended from 2005 to 2008. Later in 2012, they pursued an Advance Diploma in Accounting & Business at ACCA.
