Ellen Nealis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruiting, talent management, and communications. Currently serving as the Manager of Recruiting and Talent at Prosource since July 2010, Ellen Nealis excels in sourcing and interviewing candidates who enhance customer experience and actively engages with associates through weekly communications. Previously, as a Senior Account Manager at Prosource, Ellen Nealis facilitated access to IT solutions for customers and communicated industry trends through various channels. Ellen Nealis also held the position of Communications Coordinator for the City of Montgomery, Ohio, where responsibilities included writing and overseeing civic engagement initiatives.
