James Smith

TTR co-founder Jim Smith is responsible for management of the business’s core clients as well as Total Tech’s infrastructure division. He attended Saint Joseph’s University, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, later receiving certifications that include A+, MCP, and Microsoft SBS Certification. Jim’s IT and network experience along with a management and customer service background, prove beneficial in managing and maintaining customers’ networks.
