Yannick Decool is currently the Responsable GA 26 and Vice-Président of the comité de pilotage MASE IDFNC at TotalEnergies’ Platform in Normandie. Since 2017, Yannick has served as Chef de service maintenance for the Département Ouest, leading a team of 2 managers and 16 technicians. Previously, Yannick held various roles including Chef de projet for significant maintenance stops and was involved in extensive preparation and modernization efforts at multiple refinery projects. Yannick began their career at Total Raffinerie des Flandres as a preparateur and coordinator, with a specialization in equipment, piping, and mechanics, after completing their BTS in Chaudronnerie / tuyauterie in 1991.
