Lars

Lars is a process improvement manager and project manager who has been working in the IT industry for over 20 years. Lars started their career as a webmaster and consultant for Medo Support AB, where they worked for two years before moving to Tele2. At Tele2, they worked as a process improvements manager and project manager for the enterprise architecture and transformation team. Lars was responsible for launching the eSIM for Samsung Galaxy Watch and setting the technical infrastructure for the Apple Watch launch. Lars also worked on a deep technical level, including architectural design. In their role as IT Supply Planning Process Manager, they were responsible for ensuring that each IT Business Unit had the capacity and competence to meet the current IT demand.
