Jack Copeland

Jack Copeland grew up immersed in the staffing industry, influenced by the family business founded in the early 80s. They began their career as a recruiter and later contributed a decade to Broadbean Technology, where they watched the company expand internationally. Currently residing in Newport Beach, California, Jack serves as the CEO and Co-Founder of Staffing Future, which develops technology solutions for the staffing sector. In addition to this role, they hold non-executive director positions at several organizations, including BiciLona Tours and Jobmedia. Jack is passionate about optimizing the candidate experience and enjoys discussing advancements in staffing technology.
