Shane James

Shane James is a Senior Technical Lead at Totality Services since June 2016, specializing in system administration with expertise in Office 365 administration, DNS maintenance, server administration across multiple platforms, and the design and configuration of networking stacks. Prior to this role, Shane worked at Globalnet IT Innovations Ltd. from November 2015 to June 2016 in a support-based position focusing on networking administration, including responsibilities related to SQL Servers, SAN Management, clusters, Exchange, Active Directory, and Citrix. Shane completed education at Belfairs High School (2008-2012) and continued at Seevic, earning a degree in Computing and IT (2013-2015).
