Mark Potter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience management and project management. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Experience Hub at Totalmobile Ltd since January 2021, Mark has also held various managerial roles within the company, including Managed Services Manager and Operations Manager. Prior to this, Mark worked as a Project Manager at Lone Worker Solutions from August 2015 to December 2020 and served as an IT Consultant at Continum Ltd. Mark's career began as a Customer Agent at Sainsbury's in late 2014. Mark holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Games Design from Sheffield Hallam University, completed between 2011 and 2014, and has previous educational experience at Wilberforce College and Malet Language College.
