Alessandra M. began their work experience in 2017 as a Receptionist Apprentice at BR2 Contabilidade. In this role, they provided direct customer support and assisted with various departments within the office. Alessandra also handled tasks such as company and employee registration in the Contmatic Phoenix system. In 2018, they moved up to the position of Administrative Assistant at the same company, where they were responsible for financial spreadsheet preparation, billing, and contract development.
