Gabriela Leca

Gabriela Leca is currently the HCM Director at TotalSoft. Gabriela has been with the company since January 2010 and has held various positions during their tenure. Prior to their current role, they were a maternity leave replacement from October 2002 to July 2008. During their time at TotalSoft, Gabriela has been an integral part of the team and has helped the company grow significantly. Gabriela is a strong leader and motivator, and is always looking for ways to improve the company's processes and procedures.

Gabriela Leca has a Professional Diploma in Management from The Open University (Codecs) and a Professional Certificate in Management from The Open University (Codecs). Gabriela also has a degree in Informatics from the University of Bucharest.
