Brock Bauer

Brock Bauer is the current president at TotalTek. Prior to this, they were the Area Managing Director at Randstad Technologies US from October 2011 to July 2018. In this role, they were responsible for the market strategy for The State of Wisconsin, directing multiple offices in solutions delivery, business development, sales, recruitment, delivery, and P&L for all of Randstad Technologies 3- Lines of Business. This included responsibility for all on-going engagements, clients, and recruitment teams, as well as managing over 145 IT Consultants and Contractors who supported projects for our clients in Milwaukee and Madison Onshore and Offshore.

Bauer has brought leadership, focus, and mentoring to the sales and recruiting process. Brock has also met with clients to clarify their initiatives and provide them with specialized staff they need, as well as identify new clients and secure new business through personal relationships, networking, presentations, and proposal development. Under their leadership, office revenue and EBITA growth has been over 250% over the past 4 years.

Bauer's specialties include IT services such as help desk outsourcing, data center outsourcing, network integration & migration (Cisco, AD, VOIP, Exchange), desktop deployments, ERP solutions (SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Lawson), Sharepoint creation & implementation, and application development with an emphasis in mobile technology. Brock is also skilled in IT assessments / roadmapping and embedded technology engineering.

Brock Bauer attended Ripon College and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Medicine with a focus in Leadership Studies.
