Eleanor Eng

Eleanor Eng is the Director of Customer Success and Enterprise Team Lead at Totango, a company that has merged with Catalyst to create a leading customer growth platform. Eleanor previously held the position of Senior Customer Success Manager at Totango, where Eleanor helped companies align around their customers. Prior to that, Eleanor worked as a Senior Manager of Customer Success at iRise, a product definition and prototyping solutions company, and as a Consultant at Accenture, a global management consulting firm. Eleanor attended Binghamton University for their education.
