Rachel Pardue is the co-founder and former CEO of Lou, a platform acquired by Totango in December 2022, which focused on simplifying customer success for over five million monthly active users. Throughout their career, Rachel has held various roles in tech and consulting, including Director of Product Management at Totango and President of eTower. They have also contributed as a student consultant at SoftBank Robotics US and worked with Design that Matters on critical healthcare initiatives. Rachel participated in the Techstars NYC 2019 cohort and earned a degree from Babson College, completing their studies in 2019.
