Tom Wallace

Tom Wallace has extensive experience in the maritime and logistics sectors, currently serving as Vice President, Integration for TOTE Logistics, where initiatives focus on unifying operating companies and driving sustainable growth. Prior to this role, Tom was the Vice President of Service Excellence at TOTE Maritime, overseeing Customer Service and continuous improvement initiatives. Earlier career experience includes positions at Sea Star Line, where Tom served as Manager of Customer & Shipment Services and Business Analyst, among other roles. Tom holds a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management/E-Commerce and a Bachelor's degree in Decision Information Sciences from the University of Florida.
