Rocío Herrera has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Starting in 2016, they worked as an Organizational Psychologist in Global Jobs and Walmart Chile before moving on to be a Clinical Psychologist in Universidad del Desarrollo. In 2017, they became a Technical Talent Acquisition Analyst at everis, responsible for recruitment for clients such as Banco Chile and Telefonica. Rocío then joined Falabella Financiero as a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist and later as a Human Resources Business Partner for the Digital Factory. In 2020, Rocío joined Cornershop by Uber, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Manager and HRBP & Project Manager. In 2022, they moved to Uber as the Tech Talent Acquisition Lead for LATAM and finally, in 2023, they became the Chief People & Talent Officer at Toteat. Throughout their career, Rocío demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, employee management, and organizational change management.

Rocío Herrera attended Universidad del Desarrollo from 2011 to 2016, where they pursued a double major in Organizational Psychology and Clinical Psychology with a cognitive-behavioral approach. In 2018, they completed a Diploma in Organizational Development and Change Management from the same university. Rocío also took a course in Organizational Development at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2017. In 2023, they are planning to enroll in the Digital Talent Executive Program at ISDI and a Programming Bootcamp at Universidad del Desarrollo. Rocío has obtained certifications in Agile Project Management from Google, Mindfulness from Universidad del Desarrollo and Selcap, and Management 3.0 from EvoluTeal.
