Fran Philip

Fran Philip is an experienced corporate board member currently serving at Vista Outdoors, with a robust background that includes 18 years of board experience across a range of company types, from privately owned to publicly traded. They have held key committee roles, including Chair of the Nominating and Governance committee and membership in Compensation committees. As a former Chief Merchandising Officer at L.L. Bean, Fran co-founded Calyx & Corolla and has also been involved in executive positions at Williams-Sonoma and The Nature Company.
