Mike Hatfield has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Mike started their career in 1991 as a Process Metallurgy Co-op at Inco Alloys. Mike then worked as a Materials Engineer at Harris Corporation from 1995 to 1998. In 2000, they joined Dell Computer Corp as a Project Manager & Demand/Supply Manager. From 2002 to 2006, they served as a Demand Manager at Sara Lee Food and Beverage. In 2006, they became the Managing Partner at R&M Professional Properties until 2009. Mike then joined Procter & Gamble, where they held positions such as Logistics Systems Manager, Site Integrated Planning Operations Leader, and Demand Planning Operations Leader. Since 2014, they have been working at Totes Isotoner, first as the Director of Demand Planning and currently as the Senior Director of Integrated Planning & Customer Service.
Mike Hatfield completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Materials Engineering at the University of Cincinnati from 1990 to 1995. Mike later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management at the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School from 1998 to 2000.
