We maintained 10,000+ appliances before selling a single one. Now we're building India's first AI powered appliance commerce platform.

TOTOKO is rethinking how Indian households buy, maintain and replace home appliances.

We started as a pure-play appliance service company in Delhi-NCR. Over 23yrs, we managed 10,000+ appliances across 1,000+ homes, completing 100,000+ service calls.

Our customers started asking us to help them buy replacements. They wanted what we'd been giving them through service: unbiased advice, help with old appliance disposal, quick delivery and installation - all through a single trusted contact.

That's what TOTOKO does now.

- AI powered recommendations based on your home, usage and budget
- Best price discovery through our vendor network (retailers, wholesalers, brands)
- Seamless exchange with guaranteed best value for your old appliance
- Fast delivery + installation coordination (24 hours, targeting 6-8 hours)
- Post-purchase support backed by our service operations

We're the only appliance platform built by people who've actually maintained 10,000+ appliances before selling one. We know what works, what breaks and what actually matters in Indian homes.

- Live in Delhi-NCR
- 4.9★ Google Rating
- ₹1Cr+ GMV

Vision: To become the default appliance partner for 100 million Indian households - from the day you buy to the day you replace.
