Scott Morgan is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as the SVP, Chief Legal Officer, Global Affairs & Secretary at Splunk Inc. They have accumulated extensive experience, including previous roles as Senior Counsel at Tellabs and an Associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP. Additionally, Scott holds several board advisory positions, actively engaging with organizations such as Tot Squad, BSA | The Software Alliance, and Plaid Semiconductors. They are also a member of the Tech Innovation Advisory Board at the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, and the Political Economy Founders Board at the University of California, Berkeley. Presently, Scott is pursuing a Juris Doctor at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
