Yeo Min

Chef Instructor

Yeo Min is an accomplished chef instructor at ToTT Store and co-founder of the Museum of Food in Singapore. They authored 'Chinese Pastry School' and currently work as a pastry chef at Pastories by Yeo Min. Yeo Min has extensive experience in the culinary field, having previously trained as a pastry trainee at The Fullerton Hotels & Resorts, and continues to engage in food research. They hold a degree in Social Work from Goldsmiths, University of London, and have contributed to social work in various capacities.
