Tom Heavisides has had a diverse work experience in various roles related to marketing and digital projects.
Tom started their career as a Web Team Intern at Carbon Creative in 2010 and later transitioned into the role of Website Administrator and SEO Specialist. Tom then became a Digital Projects Manager before leaving the company in 2013.
From 2013 to 2018, Tom worked at Swinton Insurance as an Online Marketing Executive and eventually as a Digital Marketing Manager.
In 2018, they joined Kaplan UK, where they held various roles including Content Marketing Manager, Senior Content Marketing Manager, and Senior Digital Marketing & Activation Manager. Tom'stenure at Kaplan UK ended in 2021.
Currently, Tom is employed at TOTUM (OneVoice Digital) as the Head of Marketing & Brand, a role they started in August 2021.
Tom Heavisides attended Cirencester College from 2005 to 2007, where they studied Business Studies, Media Studies, and Applied ICT. Tom then pursued their BSc (Hons) degree in Management at Alliance Manchester Business School from 2007 to 2010. In terms of additional certifications, Tom obtained the Leadership & Management Skills (CPD) certification from PTP - Practical Training for Professionals in April 2021, the GDPR For Digital Marketers Training Course certification from Emarketeers in February 2020, and the Project Management Fast Track (CPD) certification from Activia Training Ltd in December 2019.
