Annie Lima

Annie Lima is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and service intelligence at TOTVS since August 2017, where responsibilities have included the structuring of new areas across six units and overseeing a portfolio of approximately 8,500 clients. Prior roles include project manager positions at L'Oréal, where project support for external users was successfully managed, and at IT2B, leading IT service management implementation projects. Annie's background also encompasses instruction in management and behavioral skills at HDI Brasil, as well as project management for service centers at Netcenter. Annie holds an MBA in Business Automation from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, a degree in IT Management from Universidade Paulista, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Law at Universidade Candido Mendes.
