Erick Santos

Erick Santos has a diverse background in cloud strategy and customer success, with a professional career at TOTVS since January 2016, progressing through various roles such as Cloud Strategy / Offering / Customer Success Executive Manager, Cloud Strategy and Offering Manager, Cloud Offering Coordinator, Cloud Evangelist, and Trainee. Prior experience at Ambev from November 2010 to December 2015 includes roles as Trade Marketing Supervisor, Market Intelligence Analyst, IT Projects Analyst, and Software Development Intern.
