Fernando Coelho has extensive experience in human resources and business consulting, starting as an Analista de RH at Protege from February 2000 to January 2008, focusing on payroll auditing, management reporting, and attendance control. Following this role, Fernando worked at Totvs Exitus from 2008 to 2012 as a Consultor de Negócios, where responsibilities included the implementation of Datasul and Totvs11 software for Human Resources, training, and project management. Fernando continued at TOTVS from October 2012 to May 2021, initially as a Consultor de Negócios, leading HCM implementations, project management, and eSocial processes, before advancing to Coordenador de Projetos, overseeing software implementation and continuous improvements for various large public and private sector clients, employing agile methodologies and Scrum.
