Fernando Silva

Fernando Silva has extensive experience in IT support and infrastructure management, currently serving as Analista I de Infraestrutura Cloud at TOTVS since April 2014, where responsibilities include infrastructure support for clients. Prior to this, Fernando held various support roles at companies including Grupo AeC and CPM Braxis Capgemini, where responsibilities involved hardware and software maintenance, team leadership, and exclusive support for VIP clients. Fernando also has supervisory experience as a Supervisor de Help Desk at Stefanini, and a background in IT support at Sonda Procwork. Fernando holds a degree in Tecnólogo in Gestão de Tecnologia da Informação from Faculdade Estacio de Sá, completed between 2013 and 2016.
