Flavia Bacha

Flavia Bacha has extensive experience in legal practice, beginning with a role as an attorney at Corbo, Aguiar & Waise Advogados Associados, focusing on civil litigation and consumer defense from June 2003 to July 2004. From July 2004 to September 2007, Flavia served as an attorney at Capesesp, providing consultative and preventive legal services in human resources and procurement. Following this, Flavia worked as a legal consultant and mediator from April 2010, specializing in labor, contractual, and consumer law, while actively engaging with the deaf community. Flavia's subsequent position as a senior contracts analyst at Porto Seguro from July 2008 to April 2010 involved thorough contract analysis and providing legal consultation to internal departments. Since August 2025, Flavia has held the role of Corporate Governance Coordinator at TOTVS, managing a multidisciplinary team and overseeing contract management and compliance.
