Javier Marbec

Javier Marbec is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in international markets and financial operations. Currently serving as Director General Mercados Internacionales at TOTVS since March 2009, Javier oversees the P&L across multiple international markets including LATAM, Florida, Angola, and Portugal, managing a team of over 300 professionals. Previously, Javier held various roles within TOTVS, including Director Regional Sur LATAM and Gerente Comercial Regional - Sur LATAM, focusing on strategy and commercial operations in Southern Latin America. Earlier career highlights include positions as Coordinador de Proyectos at Neuralsoft and Senior Analyst at BCRA, demonstrating a strong background in implementation and financial analysis. Javier holds two degrees in Administration from the University of Buenos Aires.
