Leandro Pimenta

Leandro Pimenta has extensive experience in operations and business intelligence, currently serving as Gestor de operações and previously as Coordenador de suporte ao negócio and Líder de suporte ao negócio at TOTVS since August 2009. Responsibilities have included coordinating teams for backoffice support, services, sales, and infrastructure, as well as tracking team performance indicators and leading technical operations. Prior to TOTVS, Leandro held roles as a Consultor Business Intelligence with notable projects for Oracle and Resource IT Solutions, focusing on system maintenance and reporting. Early career experience includes training and analysis roles, beginning as an Estagiário at TOTVS where responsibilities involved operational control and software updates. Leandro holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Uninove and a Technical degree in Information Technology from IFSP.
