Marcelo Alexandre

Marcelo Alexandre has extensive experience in project management and software development, currently serving as Gestor de Projetos and Gestor Customer Experience at TOTVS since June 2007. Marcelo's responsibilities include project implementation audits, stabilization efforts, process mapping, executive status reporting, and ongoing team improvement. Prior roles at TOTVS include Coordenador de Desenvolvimento Software and Líder de Desenvolvimento, focusing on software maintenance and product innovation within the Microsiga Protheus line. Marcelo began a career at TOTVS as an Analista de Negocio, supporting processes in HR, Materials, and Fiscal sectors. Earlier, at The Coca-Cola Company, Marcelo worked as an Analista de Distribuição, analyzing routes and supporting drivers to enhance delivery quality. Marcelo holds an MBA in Gestão Empresarial with a focus on ERP from FIAP and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade do Grande ABC.
