Jackson Lim is a seasoned medical professional with extensive experience in emergency medicine. Currently serving as the Medical Director of Touch Home Care at TOUCH Community Services and as an Emergency Medicine Physician at Urgent Care Clinic International, Jackson has also worked as a locum emergency physician across various hospitals in Singapore since May 2002, including Changi General Hospital, Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, and Alexandra Hospital. Jackson holds a Master’s Degree in Global eHealth from The University of Edinburgh (2015-2018) and an MBBS in Medicine from the National University of Singapore (1997-2002). Early education was completed at Fairfield Methodist Secondary School (1988-1992).

TOUCH Community Services is a not-for-profit charitable organisation. Since 1992, TOUCH has served people of all ages, races and religions to see sustainable change and transformation in their lives. The win affirmed TOUCH’s commitment to pursuing excellence in transparency and governance and building strong relationships with our stakeholders. Four staff also received the Healthcare Humanity Award (ILTC category) given to outstanding and inspirational healthcare workers in 2019. Our Vision 2030 is to see Strong Families, Caring Generations and Enabled Communities established in Singapore.
