Marcus Lim is an experienced social services professional with a diverse background in youth and family support. Currently serving as the Head of TOUCH Family Support at TOUCH Community Services since April 2019, Marcus holds extensive experience in social work, including a role as Team Lead for Youth Social Work at the National Council of Social Service from May 2017 to June 2024. Previous positions also include Social Worker in Children Services at Care Corner Singapore Ltd from May 2017 to April 2019, Social Worker at AMKFSC Community Services Ltd from June 2016 to May 2017, and Youth Worker at Care Community Services Society from January 2014 to May 2016.

TOUCH Community Services
TOUCH Community Services is a not-for-profit charitable organisation. Since 1992, TOUCH has served people of all ages, races and religions to see sustainable change and transformation in their lives. Four staff also received the Healthcare Humanity Award (ILTC category) given to outstanding and inspirational healthcare workers in 2019.
