Touch Grass is a social experiential learning platform designed to help young adults build real-world life skills through action — not lectures.

Most young adults graduate knowing how to write an essay. But not how to: Have hard conversations, build real confidence, manage their emotions, navigate independence, and actually enjoy their lives. 

That gap is costing an entire generation clarity, resilience, and self-trust.

So we built Touch Grass.

Through curated challenges, gamified experiences, and community-driven accountability, we help Gen Z and university-age users build confidence in areas that traditional education skips:

Instead of overwhelming young adults with advice, we give them small, intentional actions that compound into real growth. Small dares.  Intentional discomfort. Playful challenges.  Reflection that actually sticks.
