Максим Арзуманян

Максим Арзуманян has a varied work experience spanning multiple industries. Максим started their career as a Business Development Manager at IT-Park Telecom in 2005. In 2007, they joined the State University of Telecommunications as a Senior lecturer, head of the educational center, and project manager. Максим continued their association with the university as a PhD student until 2010. In 2014, they became a member of the Global University Alliance board, contributing to the advancement of the organization. Максим also worked as the Enterprise Architecture Track curator for GameChangers Russia, where they facilitated ad-hoc education and research on modern enterprise management and engineering from 2014 to 2015.

In 2019, Максим Арзуманян joined the company Touch as the CIO, leading the information technology department. In 2020, they became the Academic Director of the MBA program "Leaders of Change" at Vysshaya shkola menedzhmenta SPbGU, where they oversee the program's academic direction.

Throughout their career, Максим Арзуманян has held various leadership roles, demonstrating their expertise in business architecture and enterprise management. Their extensive experience and knowledge make him a valuable asset in these fields.

Максим Арзуманян's education history begins in 2000 when they started studying at SPb State University of Telecommunications. Максим completed their degree in Economics and Management in IT in 2005. After some time, they pursued further education at the same institution and obtained a PhD in Economics and Management in IT in 2010. In 2013, they attended Global University Alliance and earned an Associate's degree in LEAD Enterprise Architecture with a specialization in LEAD Enterprise Architecture Expert.

Alongside their formal education, Максим Арзуманян has obtained several certifications. These include TOGAF 9.1 (Level 1+2) from The Open Group in June 2015, LEAD Enterprise Architecture Expert from LEADing Practice ® in 2013, IBM Certified Associate BPM Analyst from IBM in 2012, ARIS Certified Specialist from Software AG in 2010, Enterprise resource management (SAP ERP) from CIO University in 2010, IBM Certified SOA Associate from IBM in 2009, Microsoft Office Specialist from Microsoft in 2009, Solution Architect ERP – Integration of Business Processes with my SAP ERP from SAP in 2009, and IBM Certified Business Process Analyst from IBM in 2008.
