Al Ma is a full stack software engineer with over a decade of experience in building high-quality and scalable software systems. They currently serve as the Engineering Team Lead at TouchBistro, where they lead and mentor teams while tackling complex challenges. Prior roles include Software Engineer positions at Traversel and SOTI, and a Senior Software Engineer role at Hallcon Corporation. Al Ma began their career as a QA Engineer at Inovex Inc. and holds a degree in Computer Systems Technologist from Sheridan College, along with a background in Graphic Design from Ontario College of Art and Design.
