Allen Le has extensive experience in the culinary and restaurant industry, currently serving as Manager of Product Testing at TouchBistro since December 2018, where responsibilities have included roles as Product Testing Manager and Restaurant Success Consultant. Prior professional experience includes positions as Assistant Kitchen Manager at Paradiso Restaurant and Billing Clerk at The Rosedale Group. Allen has held various culinary roles, starting as a Cook at Perkins Restaurant & Bakery, and progressing through several line cook positions at prominent establishments such as Trump International Hotel & Tower Toronto® and Six Steps Restaurant. Allen’s culinary expertise is supported by a degree in Culinary Management from George Brown College.
