It makes the consecutive Block which connects the PoA (Proof of Advertising) by the scanning the QR Code when the value of the cryptocurrency and information is inserted into the QR Data Code. If someone scans the QR Data Code, the Block initiating PoA processed consecutively so that it becomes the unalterable record.
