Roger Minton

Roger Minton has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Roger is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Amerrix since January 2022. Previously, they held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Qinship from June 2021 onwards, and before that, they served as the Vice President of Engineering at the same company from February 2020 to June 2021. Roger also gained experience as the Website Administrator at the Michigan Association of Professional Santas since January 2018.

Roger Minton explored different roles at Old Elven Toys LTD, where they worked as Santa Claus starting from December 2012. Roger then transitioned to the role of Senior Vice President of Technology at PrintSites.com from August 2018 to February 2020. Roger also held the same position at Skypoint Ventures from March 2018 to January 2020.

Furthermore, Roger Minton worked at Latcha+Associates, where they had multiple roles starting from January 2015. Roger began as a Senior Software Developer and later became the Senior Software Development Manager from November 2015 to August 2017. Afterward, they held the title of Associate Director of Digital at the same company from August 2017 to March 2018.

Before that, they worked as an IT Director at ROXO LLC from July 2011 to April 2017. During their time at ROXO, they accomplished various tasks, including designing and developing a customized e-commerce web system, transitioning the company to a global multi-tier system, implementing secure reporting suites, and improving productivity through barcode system integration. Roger also contributed to enhancing security measures, executing training sessions, and implementing a VoIP phone system.

Lastly, Roger Minton started their career as a Theatre Technician at SLCS from April 2008 to July 2015. Roger also briefly worked as a Software Developer at Latcha + Associates in May and June 2014.

Roger Minton attended Oakland Technical Campus from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained a Certificate in Graphic Design, web design, page layout, and digital photography. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2004, they attended South Lyon High School and earned their HS Diploma with a focus on Web Design.

In addition to their formal education, Roger Minton obtained a certification as a Smartsheet Certified User in February 2019 from Smartsheet institution.
