Touched Romania mission is to provide holistic support to at risk mothers and their children. This mission is achieved through seven social programs: Hagar Home Maternal Center, Center for Counselling and Social Reintegration, Transitional Apartments, social enterprise Touched Collection, Volunteering Project in hospitals and institutions, community project Giving from Gifts, Teen Club and Foster Care Program. 
Since 2005, Hagar Home and Center for Counseling and Social Reintegration has supported over 700 mothers and children at risk, helping them to remain together and find their place in community as independent productive citizens.
