Touchless Plan works with supply chain planning teams that rely on Excel on top of their ERP to make critical decisions.

In many organizations, planning processes don’t fail — they slowly stop being sufficient. As businesses grow, constraints become shared, logic lives inside spreadsheets, and manual work expands to cover what the original model no longer captures. Over time, planners spend more effort compensating for gaps than improving decisions.

We focus on stabilizing these planning workflows by making constraints and logic explicit, shared, and repeatable. The goal is not to replace Excel or ERP systems, but to reduce fragility, manual work, and knowledge loss as planning complexity increases.

Why Touchless Plan

As planning complexity grows, many teams end up scaling manual work instead of decisions. More files, more checks, more experience dependent steps — all to keep the process running.

Touchless Plan helps teams move from manual, Excel and experience dependent planning to automatic, repeatable workflows, without heavy IT projects or system rip and replace. We work with existing ERPs, data extracts, and planning formats, and focus on removing fragility rather than adding new tools.

The result is planning that can grow with the business without growing in complexity — fewer workarounds, less dependency on individuals, and more time spent on decisions instead of maintenance.
