Touchline Talent Network is a UK-based football recruitment consultancy providing outsourced scouting and talent identification support to ambitious professional and non-league clubs.

Founded by Ollie Keable and George Sargeant with over 18 years of combined experience working within football environments, Touchline was created to address a common challenge: many clubs operate with limited recruitment resources, restricted scouting coverage, and tight budgets.

We act as an extension of recruitment departments — without increasing overhead.

Our service focuses on delivering:

• Position-specific shortlists
• Pre-assessed, tactically aligned players
• Budget-conscious recruitment solutions
• Targeted market intelligence
• Success-based partnership models

Rather than flooding inboxes with player CVs, we provide structured, role-specific recommendations aligned to a club’s tactical identity, financial framework, and squad needs.

We work selectively with clubs where we can genuinely add value and reduce recruitment risk.
