Ronee de Leon has a diverse background in leadership and strategic planning across various organizations. From June 2009 to June 2013, Ronee served as the Director of Compassionate Ministries and Administrator for the Regional Director of Evangelism at the Church of the Nazarene. Ronee then transitioned to Liberty Christian Academy as a Spanish Teacher from January 2015 to June 2017. Subsequent roles included the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Grace Fellowship from August 2021 to December 2023, where Ronee focused on strategic vision and innovative ministry programs. As President of PATH Engagement from October 2020 to September 2024, Ronee emphasized long-term strategic goals and operational excellence.
