Leonardo Jimenez is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in high-end hospitality settings. Currently serving as Executive Chef at TouchPoint Support Services since February 2021, Leonardo previously held the position of Senior Sous Chef at Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa. Earlier roles include Chef de Partie at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Lead Cook at Marriott International, and various positions in kitchen management at several other establishments. With formal education in Culinary Management from Universidad Externado de Colombia and a Culinary Degree from SENA, Leonardo has adeptly supervised food preparation for events, ensured successful guest experiences, and actively engaged in menu planning and cost management throughout a diverse culinary career.
