Nick Carter is an experienced Chef Manager at TouchPoint Support Services and a Consulting Chef with a background in culinary instruction, catering, and foodservice consulting. Nick also serves as an Adjunct Faculty at Ivy Tech Community College, teaching Soups, Stocks, and Sauces. Prior to their current roles, Nick held positions as an Executive Chef at Black Swan Brewpub and Chef at Nordstrom, where Nick focused on maintaining high food quality standards. With educational qualifications in Culinary Arts and a Master's degree from Louisiana State University, Nick has a strong foundation in both culinary arts and biology.
