Nicole Weeks

Nicole Weeks, RDN, CD, currently serves as a Clinical Dietitian at TouchPoint Support Services since July 2022. Prior to this role, Nicole was a Community Network Dietitian at Hunger Task Force from October 2018 to July 2022. Nicole has held leadership positions including Professional Education Chair for the Wisconsin Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and Secretary/Treasurer for the School Nutrition Association of Wisconsin, where responsibilities included budgeting and financial oversight. Nicole’s earlier experience spans several roles, including District Dietitian Nutritionist and Wellness Coordinator within the School District of West Allis-West Milwaukee, which involved nutrition education, management of the USDA free and reduced lunch program, and collaboration on health initiatives. Educational background includes a B.S. in Dietetics from Mount Mary University.
