Staci Kroon is the President and CEO of TouchPoint, Inc., a global industrial company with a 125-year legacy of innovation, operational excellence, and customer-driven solutions. They previously served as President and CEO of BraunAbility from 2017 to 2024, where they doubled revenue from $500 million to $1.1 billion and expanded EBITDA margin from 7% to 11% while building a mobility retail network through acquisitions and a greenfield opening. From 2012 to 2015, they led Eaton's Automotive North America region with a ~$1 billion P&L across 3,000 employees and nine manufacturing locations, and they also held the role of Executive Vice President of Eaton Business System. They earned a BS in Finance and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and completed the ACDMM program at the University of Cambridge.
