Hayley Hull has gained diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Hayley started their career as an Intern at the Weld County Public Defender, where they conducted investigations and assisted with misdemeanor and juvenile cases. Hayley then worked as a Senior Intern for US Senator Mark Udall, Colorado, managing case files, corresponding with liaisons, and aiding constituents.

Moving on, Hayley joined the Center for Peer Education as an Assistant Coordinator, where they managed the organization's website, created marketing collateral, and organized awareness events. Hayley then worked at JBS as a Sales Assistant, supporting the sales team with order management and customer communication, and later transitioned to the role of a Collections Representative, managing accounts receivable and improving cash flow.

Hayley's next position was at the University of Northern Colorado, where they served as an Administrative Specialist, developing webpages, planning events, and representing the college. Hayley later became an Admission Counselor and Event Coordinator, organizing campus visits and coordinating off-campus events for prospective students.

Following this, Hayley joined UCHealth as an Epic Implementation Specialist, providing support for clinics implementing Epic EMS. Hayley received high scores in Epic exams and project submissions. Hayley then worked at Aims Community College as an Alumni Coordinator, developing the first alumni program and engaging community members through various initiatives. Hayley also served as a Senior Academic Advisor, leading software implementation and training sessions and optimizing systems.

Currently, Hayley is employed at TouchSource as a Customer Success Manager. Prior to their current role, they served as a Senior Customer Success Manager, leading strategic implementations, and ensuring customer success. Throughout their career, Hayley has demonstrated strong communication skills, proficiency in various software programs, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Hayley Hull attended the University of Northern Colorado from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science. In 2009, they also had the opportunity to study abroad at the Université de Marc Bloch, focusing on French Language. Later, from 2014 to 2016, Hayley pursued a Master's Degree in Communication Studies from the University of Northern Colorado. In addition to their formal education, they obtained various certifications, including Raiser's Edge Fundamentals from Blackbaud in October 2017, Safe Zone Training from Colorado State University in March 2017, and Mental Health First Aid from Mental Health First Aid - USA in June 2014.
