Travis Santa is the Chief Operating Officer and Security Officer at Touchstone Research, where they lead global operations and service delivery in the market research industry, emphasizing data quality and client success. With over 15 years of experience, they manage a range of innovative research solutions and have previously served as Vice President at Touchstone. Travis also holds leadership roles in the Insights Association, including Chair and Immediate Past Board Chair of the Certification Institute for Research Quality (CIRQ). They served as a Sergeant in the Army National Guard, contributing significantly as a team leader in a Provincial Reconstruction Team in Afghanistan. Travis earned a B.A. in Liberal Arts & Sciences, History, from The University of Connecticut.
