Minna Pace

Minna (Krejci) Pace is the Director of Data Analytics at Tovala, a position held since 2024. With a strong background in analytics, they previously served as Associate Director of Global Business and Market Analytics at Astellas Pharma from 2020 to 2022 and held various roles at Melinta Therapeutics, including Senior Manager of Commercial Analytics and Insights. Minna's earlier experience includes positions at Takeda, ZS Associates, and as a Graduate Research Assistant at Northwestern University, where they also earned a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering. They hold a B.S. in the same field from Case Western Reserve University.
